Meet Gail Stephens
Gail Stephens has over 15 years of experience originating in the residential mortgage industry and is thrilled to represent Bank of England Mortgage. Over the years, she has forged long-lasting relationships with her clients and realtor partners; building trust and loyalty with them through listening to their situation/ needs during the transaction and consulting/guiding them through the process. Gail communicates clearly and concisely throughout all stages of the loan process in both English and Spanish via phone and text messaging. What also sets her apart is that she attends closings in person. Bank of England enjoys a connectedness with the southwest Florida community like no other. Gail lives in Manatee county with her husband, Ken, and they have four children, a Goldador named Max, as well as their Himalayan cats and Timmy the tortoise. Gail serves her community during the school year substitute teaching for Manatee and Sarasota counties. She is a tennis player all over southwest Florida in both singles and doubles and plays out of LWRCC.
from Gail: Buying a new home is an exciting step in your life and I truly enjoy helping my clients through the process of obtaining the best mortgage for their situation at the best rates available. I am here to assist you through the entire transaction from initial mortgage pre-approval to your closing while answering any questions that you may have along the way. Being a reputable, experienced local lender, I know the real estate market very well and can provide additional value in my knowledge. My goal is to become your go-to-lender for all of your mortgage needs now and going forward for not only you, but your friends and family as well. I provide a high level of client service and objective advice. I originate residential mortgage loans in any state of the country including Conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Development, Jumbo loans, Non-prime loans and Combo loans to avoid Jumbo pricing using second mortgages.
The top 5 things that I believe realtors and their clients need?1. Understand what is important to that realtor/client
2. Maintain the purity of their brand
3. Be a cultural match to them. It is a sales-driven process; manage the sales cycle with the realtor communicating along the way; keep it brief.
4. Join the realtors' processes (whatever they may be)
5. Be responsive and accurate with them and their clients. Make a difference in their bottom line with a value-added service and keep doing it.
MOST OF ALL--------Close their transactions On Time and Communicate, PERIOD.
