My name is Kim and I am a mortgage underwriter. Its my job to review the documents sent in by clients to review and approve the loan. I have been in the industry since 1996 and started as a processor. I moved on from processing completely by accident. Back in the days, to be an underwriter you had to take a test. A friend of mine didnt want to take the test alone so I took it with her and the rest is history. I love what I do as even though we go through the same motions on all files they are never the same outcome. In this industry you learn something new every day, and I wouldnt trade it for anything else.

My husband and I moved to Florida in 2014 from Las Vegas when he retired. All my kids are grown and gone, I have 8 grandchildren and in my spare time I am generally with them. I love to cruise and travel and try to get in as much as I can when I can.
